Here is a good news for all BPL subscribers. You can now surf internet absolutely free!!!. The only thing you should have is, a sim card of BPL and not loop.
Only BPL sim card have this facility. So if you have BPL sim card, you are lucky!
The speed of the connection is about 15 - 20kbps. First of all, connect your mobile to the computer. Make sure that your mobile software is installed. For eg. If you have nokia mobile, then first install the Nokia PC suite or If you have samsung, then install the samsung pc suite. If you have some other mobiles, then first install the required software.
To connect to the PC, you should configure your Computer, Mobile and Browser

How to connect bpl wap to pc?
After completing the above 3 steps, follow the below step to connect,
How to Connect?
Now click on the connection name you have created in the first step. Then,
1. Put the username : +91(Your Phone Number)
2. Password : bplmms
3. Put the dialling number as *99#
Then click on connect. Then click on Yes if it asks " Make Phone number change Permanent"
